What impressed me? Everything. Each time I book my car in at Bridgestone in Launceston, I arrive to be greeted so nicely by the staff there. They look after my car and check and rotate tyres while I wait in the comfortable seating area; they are always prompt, polite and cheery and in no time Mike returns my key to me and I drive off knowing my car's tyres are all good until the next visit."
Having asked for advice on the best option the staff spent time to give pros and cons. The tyres chosen were not the cheapest but have proven to be an excellent choice. Post sale backup has been excellent as well. Highly recommended company.
My time at Bridgestone Invermay Road Launceston, and I am giving a 5. I am extremely happy with the service. I bought 4 new tyres, balancing and alignment at a fantastic price. It was quick, on time and professional. The car drives smoothly. I highly recommend the guys at Bridgestone Launceston and definitely will be back again. Thanks heaps
Very disappointed with their wheel alignment, paid for it specifically and car pulls massively to the left. Told them what was happening and they took the car in again for another hour and nothing changed. Was told you can't align the wheels properly on my car because there wasn't enough adjustment settings and that's just how it is. So was lied to and not even sure they attempted any sort of alignment. Good customer service from admin staff and decent price on tyres but wheels were never aligned properly so not sure what I was charged for. I could almost do a better job with zero experience, a piece of string and a hoist. Edit* because I can't reply, I submitted the request on your website over a week ago and haven't had any contact from Bridgestone.
Extremely helpful, efficient, offer good advice. Professional team. We recommend them for tyre and automotive work. They even managed to replace electric window regulator on a 2000 Jaguar S-type. Their service prices are also very good.
