They beat a few quotes I had from other local businesses, they were confident in their work, but also patient with me when I shopped around. My main point of contact was Tim, whose professionalism, friendliness and excellent service was very welcoming and gave me the confidence to leave my car with this establishment. The technician (Harry) did some great work on my car and was happy to answer any questions (and showed me the destroyed serpentine belt). The turnaround time was also quicker than expected which is a huge plus. Would I recommend Chris Colgrave Automotive in the future? Without a doubt. I felt like a valued customer the entire time, like I had been taking my car there for years. That's exceptional and commendable service.
