Was subscribed on their bronze maintenance plan $29.99 for 12 months. Received a confirmation email with no terms and conditions only after and before care advice. my 12 months up and they have taken 2 more payments out. Rang emailed social media them and no response. Finally spoke to head office who put me through to tasmania office spoke with elyse who said they require 30 days notice in writing to cancel the service. When I pointed out that this is the email and what it states she was taking up with her manager she hasn't been in the position long can't access old employees emails but had my email address on file. head office spins we will esculate this to branch and state management and clearly does not. Look at all the reviews on trustworthy sites and they are all saying the same thing. How are these people still in business.
Brady is always friendly & helpful when he does our monthly checks at work. He's always willing to answer any questions we have & does a thorough job. He also keeps us update to date with any changes to baits etc.
Brady was very informative, completed the job in a very professional and caring manner. He ensured I had everything covered before undertaking the work and spent the time to ensure that I fully understood the service and other service options as well. Great customer service!!
We've had our property serviced for rodents by the Flick team for many years. Over that time Ian, Shane, Trent, Brady and the team have made sure that our stations are always full on-time, our rodent activity is mapped, notified us if activity has increased, and just generally been a knowledgeable, happy and genuine team to deal with. Our son helped develop a little 'house map' for the team, and we always enjoy seeing a team member around the property. Thanks guys, your service for us is always very appreciated!
