I just wanted to pass on my thanks to the team at Elders Launceston, particularly Justin Wggins who negotiated the sale of a property on my behalf. Justin is upfront, honest and negotiated a great result in a short time frame, in a market that was pretty tough. There is a lot that goes into a sale, and it's experience that you pay for, including local knowledge and contacts and often people don't see that work that goes on in the background. Having Justin and his team in my corner ensured that when things started to get difficult towards settlement, we were able to work through issues that an agent with less experience would not have been able to do.
