We had such a wonderful experience with Parry Property. Their team is extremely efficient and professional. When we were suddenly told by our previous landlord that the house was going to be sold, Parry helped us apply for and secure a new home in a very short time, which really took a lot of stress away. Later on, when we had a plumbing issue in the new place, they arranged everything so quickly that it was fully fixed within just two days. A special thank you to Caitlin and Shari – they are both incredibly professional, reliable, and always so helpful. Their communication is clear and friendly, and they truly go above and beyond to support their clients. As a renter, Caitlin has been great to deal with from Parry Property, informative and happy to answer all questions, parry property have options as well to help with energy transfer from old house to new house to help lessen the stress load. I had an issue with plumbing when i moved into the house and Caitlin help us with that extremely quickly. Caitlin makes me happy with being with this rental company.
