I telephoned Living Here on the 26th June 2025 to enquire about selling my property at Karoola, Tasmania, which is situated between Launceston and Lilydale. Only a mere 26ks from Launceston. Three days later, I welcomed into my home the said Lochie Reid. We talked about my requirements for the future, especially selling my beautiful home perched on a spur of a hill with commanding views from every room plus 25 acres (9.76 hec) of pasture which looks a splendid green valley. We spoke for over 2 hours and 10 minutes. One might say that is too long, it wasn’t. One must be in sync with the agent and I the seller must feel that he or she will obtain the best they can, so that I can move on with my life. With their advertising and open homes, I had many people who came to inspect the property. Some were keen, some not so eager. But that is why we engage an Agent to help sell our properties. Yes, we can try to sell without, but that prolongs the time. Time is of the essence. It is now 26th May 2026 and YES, YES the property has been sold. Yippee. I am relieved to know that the new owners of Karoola House will endeavor to keep the property and all the wonderful, rare trees growing into the future. I can’t thank Lochie Reid and all the wonderful staff at Living Here, enough for their tireless assistance, during my time as a seller. There will be people out there who would love to have someone sell their home. I whole heartedly request you phone and speak to Lochie Reid.
