We had a great experience renting through this agency over the past year and a half. The team has always been professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. A sincere thank you to Di and Jack for their kindness, availability, and ongoing support throughout our tenancy — it was always appreciated. However, we would especially like to highlight Wyatt, who was absolutely outstanding during our move-out period. He went above and beyond to support us, always being responsive, understanding, and genuinely helpful in every situation. Moving can often be stressful, but Wyatt made the entire process smooth and much easier for us. His professionalism and willingness to help truly made a big difference. A big shout out to Wyatt, the property manager for my rental unit. This young man has been instrumental in responding to my emails and texts relating to property maintenance not only for the unit I rent but also for the unit complex as a whole. When something needs fixing, I can comfortably contact him with my requests and he is straight onto it. Wyatt ticks all the boxes as property manager. Many property managers I've dealt with over the years have not come close to this young mans work ethic and professionalism. They need to take a leaf out of his book. 5 star Wyatt. Keep up the excellent work!!!! Jules

A HUGE thank you to Di (head of PM) for taking on my property when several other management firms wouldn’t, due to required building works. Di’s expertise and judgement paid off, as the works were unexpectedly completed ahead of the tenancy and ended up being a non-issue. Jack was absolutely fantastic going above and beyond in terms of service and without complaint, despite the large volume of work required to prepare the property for its first ever tenancy. A lot of PM firms say they’re likely to find you a tenant off their existing database, but in my experience they never have – except for Jack, and this saved me money on marketing fees. Jack also inspected building works that were done and his attention to detail was invaluable in identifying matters that needed further attention. Jade is friendly, helpful and professional. I have full confidence that my property is in the very best of hands with View Real Estate and I consider myself exceptionally lucky to have found this great team.
